The Eastsound Sewer & Water District bills for sewer service on a classification of use basis and mails billing statements monthly, generally on the last day of the month, for that months usage. Charges are due by the 25th of the month and Late Fees are assessed on all accounts with past due balances when the current months charges are posted. ESWD accepts checks and money orders. The Eastsound Sewer & Water District now has the ability to email customers billing statements. Please contact the District and provide your email address if you wish to receive your billing statements by email. At present time the District does not have the ability to accept automatic payments, credit or debit card payments but will, in the future, be investigating the possibility of implementing the customers ability to do so and we are hopeful that the District will also be able to implement the ability to make on-line payments using our web site.
